The Adirondack Small Cap Fund seeks long term capital appreciation by primarily investing in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of small capitalization stocks. As active managers we believe the best way to manage risk and ultimately add value, is focus on securities considered out-of-favor by the mainstream investment community. The fund is operated with the following core principles in mind:

            o We are contrarian investors.
o We consider each investor a partner whose trust shall never be taken for granted.
o We have invested a significant amount of our personal assets in the fund.
o We concentrate in our best ideas while maintaining sector diversification.
o We do not impose loads or distribution fees on our partners.
o We will close the fund to new investors if it will benefit existing shareholders.

The Fund commenced operation on April 6, 2005. The data quoted reflects past performance and is presented as total return (not annualized) before management fees. Total return measures aggregate change. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Returns do not reflect the deduction of taxes that a shareholder would pay on Fund distributions or the redemption of Fund shares.
